KPBKL Training & Consultancy will be offering the Travel & Tours Enhancement Course (TTEC) online. Registration for the JUNE session of TTEC is now open. Registration for the JUNE 2023 session of TTEC is now open. The program will be conducted on 22 June 2023.

PROGRAM SPEAKER: Speakers accredited by MOTAC (Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture).

Course Objectives:

To improve the quality of services offered in order to enhance tourist satisfaction.
To ensure that travel and tour operators are always equipped with up-to-date and relevant information regarding current issues and the direction of the Ministry of Tourism, Arts, and Culture Malaysia.
To serve as a platform for local tourism industry operators to provide feedback on current issues related to the tourism industry.

Copy of work permit/pass (if not a citizen)
Copy of the latest business and tourism operation license
Employment offer letter (Travel Agency/Current workplace)
Course fee payment – please attach proof of payment (bank-in slip)
