Diploma in Accounting (DAcc) was introduced at Kolej Profesional Baitulmal Kuala Lumpur (KPBKL) with the first intake in September 2022. Aligned with its goals, objectives, and learning outcomes, this program aims to produce graduates who are competent in the field of accounting and possess the competitiveness to meet the needs of employers and industries in Malaysia and internationally.

Diploma in Accounting (DAcc) program offers courses that are relevant to current requirements and aligned with the latest educational standards. Some of the courses offered include: azman

These courses are designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge in accounting, economics, business mathematics, information technology, and entrepreneurship to excel in their careers and contribute effectively to the industry.

This program aims to produce graduates who:

    • Apply knowledge of accounting in related industries.
    • Demonstrate practical skills in accounting.
    • Exhibit social skills and responsibility.
    • Practice values, ethics, and professionalism by engaging with the community and stakeholders.
    • Master communication skills and take leadership roles, capable of working in teams.
    • Solve problems and apply scientific skills related to accounting issues.
    • Appreciate the need for lifelong learning and information management.
    • Apply entrepreneurial skills as added value in business management.
  • Passed Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) or equivalent with at least THREE (3) honors in any subject and PASS in Mathematics. OR
  • Pass the Malaysian Higher School Certificate (STPM) with at least Grade C/Certificate Malaysian Higher Education (STAM) is at least Maqbul OR
  • Pass the Malaysian Skills Certificate (SKM, Level 3) in a recognized related field and passed SPM with a minimum of one (1) honors; OR
  • Pass the Certificate (Level 3) of the Malaysian Qualifications Framework (KKM) in a related field recognized or equivalent qualifications; OR
  • Other qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Malaysian Government; OR
  • For candidates who do not have an Arabic language qualification at the SPM level or equivalent, they have to take an Arabic Language Preparatory course at the beginning of the studies.
