1. Oversee the PTPTN online application process for both new and current students.
2. Handle and verify PTPTN applications and agreements for new and existing students via the online platform.
3. Update and verify PTPTN payment status data for all academic programs.
4. Update and verify PTPTN loan deduction data via auto-debit, and prepare statistical reports on PTPTN sponsorship recipients.
5. Update records of PTPTN payment statuses and student auto-debit transactions.
6. Update records for other sponsorship programs.
7. Prepare a list of eligible recipients for incentive aid (each semester) for both new and returning UiTM students, based on the documents submitted.
8. Prepare forecasts for each intake/session, covering both new and returning students.
9. Manage the billing process for students residing in college dormitories.
10. Manage external rental arrangements.
11. Serve as an interview panelist for MAIWP Baitulmal financial assistance assessments.
12. Review Baitulmal application forms submitted by candidates who have been interviewed by the panel.
13. Perform other relevant tasks as required by the department or unit based on current needs.
1. Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Statistics) / Statistics / Data Analytical Science / Data Science (Computational Analytics) / Information Technology or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
2. Have skills and experience in data management.
3. Capable of leading and able to think creatively and critically; demonstrate strong management skills, commitment to teamwork, analytical thinking, flexibility, proactiveness, and the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and external agencies.
4. Knowledgeable and proficient in using computers, particularly Microsoft Office applications.

Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”
As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.
Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
