Job Responsibilities

1) Assisting in the planning, development, and execution of the business’s strategic plan in alignment with the “BeKind Project” KPI.
2) Assisting in the development of a network with existing and potential companies for fund management.
3) Assisting in the preparation of reports related to activities, budgeting, expenses, fund income, and weekly/monthly/quarterly projects.
4) Assisting in the creation of flyers related to Pusat Wakaf Intelek.
5) Ensuring that all strategies are effectively promoted through social media channels.
6) Preparing letters to invite discussions and request contributions.
7) Regularly updating proposal papers based on the needs of donors following discussions.
8) Following up on all emails to applicants who have not received feedback.
9) Preparing a financial report related to Wakaf contributions, Zakat, and donations from Corporate Social Responsibilities.
10) Executing administrative tasks and other responsibilities related to the functions of Pusat Wakaf Intelek, as directed by the Director of Pusat Wakaf Intelek.
11) Assisting in ensuring the smooth operation of Pusat Wakaf Intelek.

Minimum Qualification

1) Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Islamic Finance or Accounting or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government.
2) Credit in Bahasa Malaysia (including passing the Oral Examination) and English at the SPM level or an equivalent qualification recognized by the government, with the ability to communicate effectively in both Malay and English.
3) Have experience working in an educational institution.
4) Capable of leading, with the ability to think creatively and critically, possess strong management skills, committed to teamwork, analytical, flexible, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with all levels of staff and external agencies.
5) Knowledgeable and proficient in using computers, specifically with Microsoft Office applications.

YBhg. Dr. Ruziah Binti Ghazali is a prominent leader in Malaysia’s Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector, recognized with the Special Award for Master Coach in Education Development from TVETecoUSIM. She advocates for Islamic TVET and supports individuals with disabilities, contributing to the book “Nothing is Impossible – Success Stories of Persons with Disabilities.”

As a scholar and Islamic Woman Entrepreneur, she focuses on women’s and community development and was honored as Tokoh Saidatina Aishah during National Women’s Day in 2021.

Dr. Ruziah holds a PhD in Educational Development from Universiti Putra Malaysia, a Master of Science in Educational Science, and a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Islamic Studies from the University of Malaya. She is also a licensed Company Secretary and Tax Agent.
